DESCRIPTION
The 2SC5005 is a low supply voltage transistor designed for UHF OSC/MIX. It is suitable for a high density surface mount assembly since the transistor has been applied ultra super mini mold package.

If customers intend to use NEC devices for applications other than those specified for Standard quality grade, they should contact NEC Sales Representative in advance. Anti-radioactive design is not implemented in this product.
